The Knowledge Hub is a publication by Semantic Technology Services — a Canadian technology consultancy helping enterprises design, deploy, and govern AI systems.
We started this publication because most AI coverage falls into one of two traps: breathless hype or reflexive scepticism. Neither is useful if you're actually trying to decide whether to automate your back office, evaluate a new LLM vendor, or explain a compliance risk to your board.
Our writers are practitioners — people who have shipped real systems, made real mistakes, and learned what the benchmarks don't tell you. Every piece we publish is written to be useful to someone making a real decision.
